Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Jody, his wife, Jennifer and their 4 children fell in love with the vibrancy and energy of Nashville-coupled with the beauty of Franklin- and relocated in 2015. 

Since that time, Jody has immersed himself in the culture of the growing area and through his love for Middle TN and his vision for home restoration, he created a thriving real estate business with a primary focus on finding families their perfect home or a second/vacation home. He is not only a vacation home owner/operator himself, but holds a Resort and Second-Home Specialist Certification to assist buyers. Whether purchasing their dream home, a stepping stone along the path to that dream or an investment property- he combines his unique ability to visualize the possibilities with his knowledge of home construction and personal experience investing and flipping homes through his own labor and skill with a genuine ability to get to know and listen to what the buyer is actually looking for. This combination makes for a smooth, informed and enjoyable home buying experience. Having relocated with a family himself,  Jody understands every aspect of the relocation process- including the decisions, fears and the little things that are not often considered when deciding to make a major move and can provide personalized relocation support. As both a buyer’s and seller’s agent, he is well versed in both sides of a real estate transaction and can establish a long term relationship with his clients for their ongoing needs. Offices in both Tennessee and California provide additional support for those making a cross country move.

In his spare time, Jody enjoys traveling around the world or simply spending time with his family at their cabin in the Smoky Mountains. He is also a custom wood worker and you can often find him in his workshop creating something beautiful.
